    Meet the Team

      • Deborah O’Donovan
        Managing Partner

        A veteran of the UK Interim Management sector, Deborah has been supplying interims across the UK, EMEA and Asia Pacific for over 15 years. Her client base includes UK based SMEs, FTSE listed bluechips and Fortune Global 500 multinationals. Previously a Partner with the UK’s No.1 Executive Search firm and a Director of a boutique firm ranked as the No.1 provider of Board level interims (Executive Grapevine), she has also worked in Executive Search in Asia and helped launch the interim division of an NYSE listed human capital firm.

    • Andrew Evans
      Strategic Advisor

      Andrew is an international banker with an impressive career which began in FX Options Trading and ultimately led to his role as Managing Director – Wealth for Lloyds Banking Group heading 3 divisions (Wealth, Markets & Corporate & Institutional Banking). He has held responsibility for combined revenues in excess of £1bn and his expertise includes large scale business integrations, corporate strategy and start ups.

     

    • Peter Walker
      Strategic Advisor

      With a track record spanning over 25 years, Peter has held a number of Board positions as COO and CFO, in the UK and overseas, in addition to successfully delivering a number of change management programmes. Peter has also worked at Board level in the Public Sector and in capital-raising from AIM and Private Equity sources. A Chartered Accountant, Peter has further qualifications in Corporate Treasury and Project Management.

     

    • Diane King
      Strategic Advisor

      Diane is an FIPD qualified HR Director and Executive Coach with 30 years experience within the Professional Services and Financial Services sectors. Commencing her career with PWC, Diane progressed upwards within Banking (Barclays, Kleinwort Benson) and Insurance (Amlin, Aon, Swiss Life) finishing her full time corporate career in 2013 with a Japanese owned Managing Agency at Lloyds of London. Working closely with CEOs her experience includes regulatory change, new business start-ups, flotations, M&A and divestments.
